4 Bathrooms Caasa Tranquilla offers an immersive and lively experience. A farmstay nestled amidst lush greenery of 30acres with a 10 mins walk to the River Pawana one finds the perfect spot to just kick back, relax and inhale the crisp air. The evening ambience will leave you mesmerized. Whatever the occasion be, Caasa Tranquilla is the place you want to be.
-The villa comprises of 3 Bedrooms all with attached toilets, 1 Kitchen with basic utensils and equipment, 1 Living Room attached to the Dining area. All the rooms are located on the ground floor.
-The Living room opens up in the front and back verandah. The back Verandah has a Bonfire pit and a Barbeque area.
- All the Rooms has Air Conditioner, though it is not required much except for the summers.
-The Parking area is situated at the entrance of the Villa and can easily accommodate 10+ cars.
-The Check-in and Check-out times need to be strictly followed as there may be guests before or after you. You can check-in or check-out early or late respectively by 1-2 hrs only incase there are no prior or later bookings and can be confirmed by the host only 1 day prior
-The price mentioned is only for the number of guests mentioned at the time of booking including their Breakfast, incase you want to book the place for additional guests than what you have mentioned while booking we can make arrangements upto 20 people and the cost for the extra arrangements will be Rs 1250+gst per guest.
-Guests are strictly requested not to play loud music after 9.30 pm (playing music on lower volume even after 9.30pm is fine)
-Swimming is not allowed to be used on the day of checkout as we do add chemicals to it in the morning which may cause skin irritations.
-Drugs or any other illegal products are strictly prohibited on the property and guests will be asked to leave the property then and there itself without any refund if we come across any such activities.
-Smoking is allowed but not inside the house. You can smoke anywhere in the outside open area or the verandah.
-Guests are strictly not allowed to go the river after 7.00pm for safety concerns and also not allowed to go on the river after consuming alcohol, incase of any mishap due to not following these instructions happen, the host will not be responsible.
-Incase the guests mess up the place especially after drinking alcohot they will be strictly charged Rs 1000 extra for cleaning.
-Pets are allowed in the house at an additional pet fee of Rs 500 but STRICTLY not on the beds, couches and not in the pool. Incase pets are found on the beds, couches or in the pool the guests will be charged extra Rs 2000 cleaning fee
-There is a small mound besides the house, on top of which there is idol of a goddess believed by the local villagers hence guests are strictly not allowed to consume alcohol or any type of non-vegetarian food on top of this mound, guests can just sit for relaxation and chatting on this mound.
-Visiting Guests will be allowed only if informed prior and will be charged Rs300/guest extra. Guests will have to leave before 11.30pm or else full charge of Rs1250/guest will be implemented
The Guest can access the complete Villa from the inside along with lawn area and the Swimming Pool on the outside
The Guests are not allowed to enter the store room, the service Kitchen and the labour quarters.
The guests can visit our plant nursery in the evenings and also have a walk till the Pawna River. Guests can also visit the temple we have built near the River.
My team will be in contact with you once the booking is confirmed till the time of Check-in. Once you reach the Property my caretaker Balu will help you out with everything you need.
-Veg/Nonveg food can be served on preorder basis at an additional cost. Please contact us for the same.
-Barbeque arrangements can also be arranged at an extra charge and needs to informed prior.
-Drinking water Jars will be provided on the property which is free of cost, also packaged drinking water and soft drinks are available at an additional cost.
-Government photo I'd of every guest is needed to be shown on check-in.
-It is a farmstay nestled in lush greenery and hence small insects, Mosquitos, lizards are expected to be there, hence guests are requested to stay safe from such insects, lizards or any such creatures.
Any damage caused by the guests to any part of the property (dishes, glasses, furniture, artifacts, etc), guests will have to pay EXTRA for such damage depending on the extent of the damage.
-We do charge extra for the decoration setups and floating breakfast which are shown in the photos. Please check the price with us.
-Being located in the outskirts availability of raw materials is less hence guests are required to inform all their meals orders on the prior day to avoid disappointment.
- In the case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions etc. are beyond our control in such cases up to 2hrs of outage can be managed by us but above that the diesel charges will need to be paid by the guests at actuals.
