1 Bathroom The property is located at such a unique location surrounded by forests and mountains. You can actually hear the sound of peacocks and many other birds especially in the mornings and evenings. Perfect place to visit with your loved ones to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of this location. Monsoon is the best time to visit this property.
-The Property consists of 4 cabins which are next to each other all oriented in such a manner so the, all of them having the view of the swimming pool with Lohogad Fort and Visapur Fort located in the background.
-The cabin has a private Bath Tub located in the open to sky bathroom which is one of the most unique feature of this property.
-The cabin has a private patio which is accessible from the front of the cabin which overlooks the swimming pool and the lawn area.
-The Dinning area is common for all the cabins and is located on one side of all the cabins and the Game room is located on the other side which has a pool table, carrom board, and some board and card games.
-The property consists of a huge infinity pool which is also one of the best part of this property.
-The Check-in and Check-out times need to be strictly followed as there may be guests before or after you. You can check-in or check-out early or late respectively by 1-2 hrs only incase there are no prior or later bookings and can be confirmed by the host only 1 day prior
-The price mentioned is only for the number of guests mentioned at the time of booking including their Breakfast, incase you want to book the place for additional guests than what you have mentioned while booking we can make arrangements upto 4 people and the cost for the extra arrangements will be Rs 1250+gst per guest.
-Visiting Guests are not allowed inside the property.
-Guests are strictly requested not to play loud music after 9.30 pm (playing music on lower volume even after 9.30pm is fine)
-Swimming is not allowed to be used on the day of checkout as we do add chemicals to it in the morning which may cause skin irritations.
-Drugs or any other illegal products are strictly prohibited on the property and guests will be asked to leave the property then and there itself without any refund if we come across any such activities.
-Smoking is allowed but not inside the cabin. You can smoke anywhere in the outside open area or the verandah.
-Incase the guests mess up the place especially after drinking alcohol they will be strictly charged Rs 1000 extra for cleaning.
-Pets are allowed in the house at an additional pet fee of Rs 500 but STRICTLY not on the beds, couches and not in the pool. Incase pets are found on the beds, couches or in the pool the guests will be charged extra Rs 2000 cleaning fee
-Guests are requested not to enter the Kitchen without permission, incase you want to keep something in the fridge you can tell it to the caretaker.
-The swimming pool, Game Room cum Living room, Dining area is common between all the cabins and guests are requested to use the amenities in such a way which may not affect other guests in any manner.
-Veg/Nonveg food can be served on preorder basis at an additional cost. Please contact us for the same.
-Barbeque arrangements can also be arranged at an extra charge and needs to informed prior.
-Mineral water bottles kept in the cabin are complimentary, extra packaged drinking water bottles and soft drinks are available at an additional cost.
-Government photo I'd of every guest is needed to be shown on check-in.
-The property is located at such a location that small insects, Mosquitos, lizards are expected to be there, hence guests are requested to stay safe from such insects, lizards or any such creatures.
-Any damage caused by the guests to any part of the property (dishes, glasses, furniture, artifacts, etc), guests will have to pay EXTRA for such damage depending on the extent of the damage.
-We do charge extra for the decoration setups and floating breakfast which are shown in the photos. Please check the price with us.
-Being located in the outskirts availability of raw materials is less hence guests are required to place all their meals orders on the prior day to avoid disappointment.
-All Cabins have an AC, guests are requested to switch it off before leaving the cabin.
-The last patch of the approach road is bad especially in monsoons, so avoid taking low ground clearance vehicles.
-In the case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions etc. are beyond our control in such cases up to 2hrs of outage can be managed by us but above that the diesel charges will need to be paid by the guests at actuals.
