This is a unique container cabin perched overlooking the serene waters of Pawna Dam, with the majestic Tung Fort forming a dramatic backdrop. Designed for an immersive lakeside escape, the cabin offers a front-row seat to breathtaking sunsets, where the sun dips beautifully over the hills and water.
LIVING CUM DINING CUM KITCHENETTE
A thoughtfully designed multifunctional space where comfort meets the beauty of Pawna Lake. The living area features a sofa-cum-bed for additional guests, along with a cozy dining area and a compact kitchenette. With the front façade oriented directly towards the lake, the serene waters remain a constant visual presence from the living, dining and kitchenette areas.

PRIVATE DECK
Step outside onto your private deck, where the beauty of Pawna Lake unfolds right before you. The deck features an exclusive private Jacuzzi, perfectly positioned to create a seamless experience between relaxation and the serene lake surroundings—making it an ideal spot to unwind while soaking in the uninterrupted views.
● The Check-in and Check-out times need to be strictly followed as there may be guests before or after you. You can check-in or check-out early or late respectively by 1-2 hrs only incase there are no prior or later bookings and can be confirmed by the host only 1 day prior
● The price mentioned is only for the number of guests mentioned at the time of booking including their Breakfast, incase you want to book the place for additional guests than what you have mentioned while booking we can make arrangements upto 3 people and the cost for the extra arrangements will be Rs 1500+gst per guest.
● Guests are strictly requested not to play loud music after 9.30 pm (playing music on lower volume even after 9.30pm is fine)
● Drugs or any other illegal products are strictly prohibited on the property and guests will be asked to leave the property then and there itself without any refund if we come across any such activities.
● Smoking is allowed but not inside the cabin. You can smoke anywhere in the outside open area or the sitout.
● Guests are strictly not allowed to go near the water after 7.00pm for safety concerns and also not allowed to go after consuming alcohol, incase of any mishap happens due to not following these instructions, the host will not be responsible.
● Guests are requested to maintain the cleanliness of the property. In case the premises are excessively soiled or require additional cleaning, especially due to alcohol consumption, a ₹2,000 additional cleaning charge will be applicable. In the event of vomiting on beds or soiling of bedsheets, duvets or other linen, additional charges will be levied as applicable, as contaminated linen is not reused.
● Pets are allowed in the cabin at an additional pet fee of Rs 1000 but STRICTLY not on the beds. Incase pets are found on the beds, the guests will be charged extra Rs 1000 cleaning fee
● Visiting Guests are not allowed in the stay premises.
● The Jacuzzi is available for use for a maximum of 2.5 hours per cycle, after which it must remain switched off for 3 hours before being restarted, with usage permitted only between 11:30 AM and 10:30 PM.
● The Jacuzzi heating facility is chargeable at ₹1,500 per 2.5-hour session and requires approximately 3.5-4 hours for heating; guests are requested to kindly inform us accordingly in advance and also you need to inform on the Reception to start and stop the system as required so that our staff will help you this.
● You will get veg/nonveg food in our inhouse restaurant from 8.30am to 9.00pm. Breakfast is complimentary.
● Please go through the photos and property description property before going ahead with the booking.
● We do have WiFi at the property but being located in the outskirts there are chances especially in the monsoons that there may be breakages sometimes due to strong winds, in such cases the WiFi may be down.
● The Bedroom and Living both have an AC
● The afternoons might be hot in summers but the weather starts cooling down post 4.00pm and it may be quiet cold in the night.
● In case you need extra bedding you can contact the reception or the host.
● The property being situated in the outskirts and there are chances of power fluctuations or failures in the night so please keep that in mind.
● As the property is nestled in lush greenery, small insects, Mosquitos, lizards are expected to be there, hence guests are requested to stay safe from such insects, lizards or any such creatures.
● There may also be chances of insects to be present which keep flying around the lights in the evening, so try to keep the doors shut in the evening.
● There is possibility of music from the adjoining property from 7-7.30pm till 10-10.30m especially of Saturdays.
